Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks

 

Job Summary:  Maintains all financial records for corporate Real Estate holdings, coordinates landlord contacts for maintenance and property issues along with corporate vehicle record keeping and maintenance issues.

 

This position can be based in either our Syracuse or Gouverneur offices.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the administration of Real Estate leases and tracking of rent renewals, rent changes and associated property expenses.
  • Recordkeeping and coordination with landlords on Common Area billing and maintenance issues and contract stipulations.
  • Recordkeeping and Document management of non-Landlord Third-party Common Area Maintenance Agreements.
  • Real Property tax billing and payment coordination for corporate properties.
  • Assist the VP of Real Estate with the management of the KPH Corporate Vehicle fleet and associated maintenance schedules and approvals of needed repairs and billing/payment coordination.
  • Assist and support of business acquisition opportunity activities.
  • Assist with any insurance needs associated with our properties and vehicle programs.
  • Support the construction department when there are needs concerning contacts with our landlords.
  • Assist the construction department with organizing and maintaining all contracts and insurance policies.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field

 

Experience:

  • Preferrred: 0-2 years of experience in position
  • Preferred: Prior experience working with and interpreting lease agreements and contracts

 

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
